Dominic comes to Pangalo Group as our Learning & Development specialist. With two decades of deep cross-cultural exposure, he has built a reputation for delivering strong outcomes on global projects in India, USA, Australia, South Africa and Kenya.

These dynamic global projects have seen Dominic engaged extensively in contact center operations, customer service centers, change / re-engineering projects, talent development and cross-cultural communication.

 

Passionate about helping people evolve and grow, he strikes a balance between developing people while driving outstanding business performance.

 

His varied expertise lives within designing of learning content, facilitation and providing on-going coaching for targeted business needs. He excels within the fields of organizational behavior, defining training roadmaps, process mapping, L&D structures and re-defining customer experience.

 

He spent close to a decade in South Africa with a global business center, where he honed his cross cultural L&D and Human Resources skills.

 

Dominic is a trained Chef and worked with hospitality giants such as the Taj Group & Park Plaza. His passion and natural instinct for culinary adventures in Goan-Portuguese & Indian cuisines is alive and well as he continues to experiment with flavors.
