Peter's global L&OD expertise evolved when he was recently invited to partner with growth businesses on complex L&OD projects in the USA. This new frontier within Tech included  start up's, M&A and turn around entities in Southern California. Today, Peter is  sharing his unique combination of thought leadership, passion for people  and drive for performance globally.

In contrast, Peter's retail / visual 
merchandising  training with Daimaru Dept Stores of Japan has helped develop an acute eye for fashion  styling and he has renovated 6 homes in Australia & the USA.

Peter is Aussie born, now living in San Diego after 5 years in his beloved Los Angeles,
